{Yummers}

You know I am on a cooking kick. See here and here. So over the weekend I tried another fun recipe that is yummy and healthy and pretty to boot. I adapted this recipe from Gluten Free Goddess and just basically used what I had on hand. Quinoa with roasted butternut squash, sauteed kale and red onion, toasted sesame seeds and a simple dressing. I whisked together lemon juice, lemon olive oil, a little dijon, salt, pepper and a dash of agave syrup. Tossed it all in a bowl and voila! So the real question for me is which shot do you prefer. Styled or simple?
